It started with Tanglewood Farm
Jasper, Charles and Annora Saroyan grew up in the city. Coming from a wealthy family they were afforded certain privileges, such as spending their summers at riding camp. One Christmas the 3 siblings were sitting on Annora's condo balcony, viewing the downtown skyline. They were discussing the differences of their summer life and school life as children. The more they reminisced, the more the conversation leads its self to buying a small acreage with a couple of horses for the whole family to spend weekends and vacations. Charles, seeing as he worked from home, volunteered to move there full time to be the caretaker. Jasper jumped on board suggesting they start a small breeding program. Being a vet, he was rather interested in genetics.
Jasper took charge and was looking for the perfect acreage close to the city when he got a call from a lawyer. their Great-Aunt had died and left a large estate, far outside of the city, to her 3 grandkids and the 3 Saroyan siblings. The arrangement was to sell the estate and split the money between the 6 beneficiaries. Jasper talked with his wife, Mary, and they decided to buy out the cousins and his siblings. They invited Charles and Annora to come and live up there to manage a different aspects of the farm.
When Cora and Phillip took over the TW racing division, Charles and Alison, his wife, decided to distinguish their crop farm, horses and dogs from TW.

& then there was Beaumonde Estate
Beaumondes were one of the founding families of the area, with even the river named after them. Their wide spread influence has become less and less over the years, with the last heir, Alison, marrying into the TW family. In hopes to keep the name alive and remembered as more than just the local river, Charles and Alison begun preparations to move the historical farmhouse closer to TW and buy TW's farm land to merge with Alison's family's to create Beaumonde Estates.
